Hostal Luz de Luna Nuyoo is a small hostel located in a colonial house, three blocks from Oaxaca's main plaza. The central patio features regional plants and a traditional fountain, providing shade from the heat. Guests can relax in hammocks or meet fellow travelers. Two cats and a friendly dog live on-site.

All private double rooms include a double bed and two bunk beds, accommodating up to four guests. Each room has its own toilet, high ceilings, and a desk. Extra guests pay 200 pesos per person. Rooms are spacious, with shared shower facilities.
